Spicy Spinach Dip
2 (14 oz.) cans diced tomatoes, spicy or jalapeño or any other Mexican-ish variety
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 (2 cup) bag shredded Mexican cheese
1/3 cup milk
1 box frozen spinach, thawed and drained well
Mix all ingredients together and bake at 350’ for 15 minutes. Stir and bake for 15 minutes more, or until hot and bubbly. Serve with triscuits or cut-up veggies.
